We’re all in this game for better health and wellness, and we all need workouts comprised of constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Though you won’t see Ann Callahan doing heavy weights because that would be unnecessary for her body and goals, she comes to CrossFit and modifies the workouts to build her work capacity and range of motion. In this interview she talks about her overall fitness goals which are to stimulate bone density, increase work capacity, and improve functional strength.
