A little more about the program

PR Camp needs ten athletes to run this November and December. Next year is coming fast. Most gyms experience a flood of new athletes when January hits. People who make resolutions to get into the gym and change their lives. But what if you’re already in the gym? How do you know if you’re progressing or even treading water??
PR Camp is for everyone but it’s specifically for YOU. The athlete who always asks what weight they should use for a workout. YOU. The athlete who likes throwing heavy weights around. YOU. The athlete who gets nervous lifting when the coach isn’t right next to them. YOU. The athlete who doesn’t know enough technique to feel safe going heavier. YOU. The athlete who just wants to go hard and feel strong. YOU. The athlete who loves data. YOU. Sign up for PR Camp.
This class will only run for 8 sessions in November and December and is designed to get you data for your upcoming training in 2022. With your 1RM you can use percentage-based training in group classes that will keep you on pace to PR whenever you want! With this data, you can compare your muscular endurance to raw strength. And with this data, you can track your progress over the years.

1: No-sweat Intro

Schedule 15 mins to visit the gym and talk with the coach about your current fitness baseline, and goals moving forward.

2: On-ramp Essentials

Review fundamental movements in a one-on-one or small group setting, identify skills to work on and set achievable goals.

3: Your First Class

Check out a group class. We can scale any exercise to meet your fitness level, and have special classes for new members.

4: Become a Member

Join group classes regularly to hit the Workout of the Day! Challenge yourself, work hard, work harder, sweat, celebrate!
