Not everyone is ready to get back to the gym.

If you plan to remain home for a while, we will continue offering our Zoom and virtual training classes, and have updated our membership options.

We have equipment for rental, from cardio machines to barbells, weights and racks. If you plan on staying fit away from the gym, these options might be your best bet without breaking the bank.


Cardio light

$60/month*

Rent a plyo box and a wallball and get your heart pumpig


Barbell and plates

$60/month*

Rent a 35lb or 45lb barbell and plates for adding variety to your workouts


Barbell & Rack

$100/month*

Rent a 35lb or 45lb barbell and plates, plus a squat rack.


Cardio Machine

$100/month*

Rent an erg or an assault bike, and get your heart pumping (without burpees!)


Cardio/Barbell

$120/month*

Rent an erg/assault bike, and get a barbell with plates for strength and conditioning.


GARAGE GYM

$170/month*

Get your WOD on with an erg/bike, barbell and plates, wallball, box, bench, and squat rack

RENTAL POLICY

Rentals are for a minimum of one month.

A check deposit will be required on all rentals, refunded upon return of the equipment.

Equipment must be returned clean, and in the condition it was rented.

1: No-sweat Intro Meeting


Schedule 15 mins to visit the gym and talk with the coach about your current fitness baseline, and goals moving forward.

2: On-Ramp


Learn the technique and mechanics of our foundational metabolic, weight-lifting and gymnastic movements at your own pace.

3: Take Your First Class


Check out a group class. We can scale any exercise to meet your fitness level, and have multiple class times to fit your schedule.

4: Become a Member


Join group classes regularly to hit the Workout of the Day! Challenge yourself, work hard, work harder, sweat, celebrate!
