Pull-ups are one of the most challenging bodyweight movements, and one of the most efficient and effective ways to boost your overall fitness and strengthen your body.

In this four-week clinic, we’ll focus on specific exercises to strengthen and activate the arms, back and shoulders, as well as progressions to break down different parts of the movement.

Whether you are working towards your first pull-up, or want to build skills and string a few together, this clinic is for you!

$65 for the series / $20 drop-in

RUNLAB & HILL RUNNNG

 

 

PREP YOUR RUNNING

Coach Shannon will get us all in shape for running Murph or Vashon Ultra, with two exciting clinics:

Introducing the RUN LAB! Six weeks of mobility, drills and strength to rehabilitate your running form and lead you on to the path of efficient, pain free, and enjoyable running! Drop-ins welcome.
Tuesday evenings starting April 19 at 7:00pm in the mobility room
OR Saturday mornings starting April 23 at 7:45am in the main gym
 
Then, let's put what we learn in the lab into practice with a Sunday morning hill workout! Though often feared, hills are a runner's best friend! Nothing gets you stronger or faster or puts you in better form than hill running.
