Based on the principles of mechanics, consistency, and then intensity, VashonStrong Teens focuses on age-appropriate strength and conditioning, designed to teach proper mechanics, build power, and develop stamina!

Each class features a strength or weightlifting component where athletes dial in their form to move weight safely and efficiently. Then athletes have the opportunity to stimulate their cardiovascular system as they use similar and complementary movements at a higher intensity.

Our program is scalable for any experience level and accounts for levels of maturation found in a class full of teens. VashonStrong Teens gives these young people a foundation of confidence, group support, and physical fitness to empower them throughout their lives.
