Membership Services

At VashonStrong, we’re committed to supporting your training, health, and growth for the long term. Clear expectations help us maintain fairness for every member and ensure your coaching team can deliver the highest level of service.

Below are our membership policies—crafted with transparency, respect for your time, and care for our community in mind.


Group Memberships

We offer flexible membership levels designed to fit your training goals and schedule:

Options:

  • 8 Classes / Month

  • 12 Classes / Month

  • 16 Classes / Month

  • Unlimited

Billing & Attendance Details:

  • Memberships are billed every 30 days.

  • Class passes do not roll over month to month.

  • No credits, add-backs, or refunds for unused sessions.

  • 7 days' notice is required to cancel a group membership; otherwise, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • To request a cancellation, please email gym@vashonstrong.com.

These guidelines ensure our coaching staff and class schedules remain consistent for everyone.


Personal Training Cancellations

Your coach sets aside dedicated time for your session, so please be mindful of their schedule.

  • A 12-hour notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation.

  • Notice must be sent via email to gym@vashonstrong.com.

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full.

This policy helps our coaches maintain reliable schedules and ensures all clients have access to available times.


Membership Holds / Pauses

We understand that travel, recovery, or life events sometimes require a short break from training.

You can place your membership on hold under the following conditions:

  • 2-week minimum duration per hold.

  • $15 fee per 2-week period.

  • Membership is fully suspended during a hold (no class or open gym access, unless using a drop-in).

  • Up to 8 holds per year allowed per member.

  • All hold requests must be submitted via gym@vashonstrong.com at least 7 days in advance of your next billing date.

Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the hold period unless you request otherwise.


InBody Scans & Goal Reviews

Progress tracking is an essential part of your fitness journey. We provide regular access to InBody scans to help you measure what matters most.

  • Free every three months during designated InBody Weeks.

  • $45 for current subscription members (outside InBody Week).

  • $65 for punch card, personal training, and non-subscription members.

Group Class Cancellations

If you’re registered for a class and can’t attend, please cancel your reservation promptly.

  • 7 days’ notice is required for any group membership cancellation or modification.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via gym@vashonstrong.com (we cannot process verbal, text, or social media messages).

Our small-group format means your spot is valuable to both your coaches and fellow members—thank you for keeping our community strong by giving notice.
