PR Camp needs ten athletes to run. As the new year arrives, most gyms experience a flood of new athletes; people who make resolutions to get into the gym and change their lives. But what if you’re already in the gym? How do you know if you’re progressing or simply treading water?

PR Camp is for everyone but it’s specifically for YOU. The athlete who always asks what weight they should use for a workout. YOU. The athlete who likes throwing heavy weights around. YOU. The athlete who gets nervous lifting when the coach isn’t right next to them. YOU. The athlete who doesn’t know enough technique to feel safe going heavier. YOU. The athlete who just wants to go hard and feel strong. YOU. The athlete who loves data.

This class will run for 8 sessions and is designed to get you data for training in 2022. With your 1RM you can use percentage-based training in WODs that will keep you on pace to PR whenever you want! With this data, you can compare your muscular endurance to raw strength. And, with this data, you can track your progress over the years.

This is the class for everyone but it’s especially for YOU.

"Improving your squat and deadlift will help you with nearly every exercise in a WOD. Fly through your box jumps, get the next heavier kettlebell, even rowing will start to seem easier. This is in addition to the awesome feeling of smashing PR´s in your Back Squat, Front Squat, and Deadlift. And with the help of a strong Bench Press, your pull-ups, T2B, and overhead presses will also improve."
