The athlete who gets nervous lifting when the coach isn’t right next to them. YOU. The athlete who doesn’t know enough technique to feel safe going heavier. YOU. The athlete who just wants to go hard and feel strong. YOU. The athlete who loves data.
This class will run for 8 sessions and is designed to get you data for training in 2022. With your 1RM you can use percentage-based training in WODs that will keep you on pace to PR whenever you want! With this data, you can compare your muscular endurance to raw strength. And, with this data, you can track your progress over the years.
