VINYASSA FLOW

 

Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 11:30am. 

A great companion to your regular workouts to build flexibility, range of motion, and general calm and focus. Flow through different poses that affect the whole body, and try a new pose each week to build your skills. Works great immediately after a WOD too.

 

Each class has 6 available spots and class reservations must be made through the schedule.
